I don't like to talk a lot about my private life and find it hard sometimes to say how I feel so I opt to stay away until I do.
So what have I been doing in the world of crafting I hear you ask, well I don't but lets pretend there is someone out there who is remotely interested in reading this blog post and who will be delighted to see what I have been doing in the few spare hours I do get.
It was my birthday in June and I asked for an old type phone, cream in colour and this is what I got, a new phone made to look like one from my childhood but with all the modern things you need a phone to have, push button dialling, last No. redial etc.
and this is what I did with it |
Looks pretty now doesn't it? What do you think?
I then started to look at using this method on other things like this lamp base
then these shelves
and then these handles of which I have had a steady stream of orders for
So they have all kept me busy over the past few weeks
I wonder what else it would look good on?
Welcome back Maz - your creations are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteNot sure how I managed to miss the April posts especially as there are so many pretties there to see (love those pegs).
Moving house again couldn't have been fun but I hope everything has now settled down for you.
Great to hear the shop and classes are doing so well.
Big hugs to you
Toni xx
Just spotted that you have a blog. Me too... though I'm not as bad as you at updating it! Lol! July 2012!
ReplyDeleteI update my blog whenever something important happens but other than that not at all. Mine's about my card business and can be found at www.rebecca-cards.com.
Your handmade items are absolutely gorgeous. Just my style!
I'm a bit of a crafter - I make bouquets too with my mum, sister and a friend - www.facebook.com/nightingalebouquets
Hope you get some inspiration for your blog soon. :-)

I have to say my blog posts are few and far between too. I just don't have/find enough time to do them. If something really important happens, I may blog about it, but otherwise not.
Feel free to take a peek at my blog.
Love your flowery vintage-feel items. Especially loving the welcome sign.
